Rental Policies

A rental day is 24 hours. Minimum rental period is 4 hours. Evening rates are same as 4 hour rate. This rate is available two hours before the store closes for the day and the equipment is due back no later than two hours after the store opens the following morning. Some equipment is only available on a day rate.

A refundable deposit is required when renting the equipment. The deposit is equal to one times the rental rate. The deposit will be fully refunded if rental item is brought back in clean and similar condition when it was picked up.

A cleaning charge will be made on items returned not clean.

The store is not responsible for loading, transporting, or unloading the rented equipment.

Valid identification is required on all rentals. Typically a Wisconsin driver’s license is sufficient.

It is the responsibility of the lessee to understand the operation of the equipment and accepts responsibility for the safe operation of the equipment. Store personnel are available, if the lessee requests, for instructions on the operation of the equipment.
